My, my, isn't that a copy of the dragon-shaped lighthouse in the distance? That would be a third replica of that and could throw those "ancient dragons used as lighthouses" theorists off once again!

Wow, interesting, it was actually Minister Cho's, Haiju has the rocks on the right absent from the screenshot in Cho's, but both have the 'dragon' watch tower in the background, reused resources I guess. I'd never seen the same buildings in Haiju, I guess i should go have a look.
edit: Konig Des Todes, there is only Dragon beacon in Factions, how dare you insinuate otherwise... it just happens to move around, quite frequently
